Today, I explored the Neah Bay area of Washington State. This is the northwest corner of the state, right at the mouth of the Straits of Juan de Fuca on the US side. I was in an area that had no US cell coverage, but I happened to pick up a Canada cell signal from the other side of the straits. As is often the case in the Northwest, today was windy and rainy, but mild. Due to the near constant wet conditions, most of the trees that I saw today wore a growth of moss of various types.
The whole day was fun, but one of the highlights was the ferry trip from Edmonds to Kingston, WA, across Puget Sound.
